A female patient aged 66 presented with a supracondylar fracture of the left femur.
The fracture was plated and Allogran-R bone graft was placed at the fracture site.
At 3 months post-operative, the fracture site was stable and the Allogran-R granules were evident. At 10 months post-operative, there was radiographic evidence of new bone at the site with advanced absorption of the bone graft material.
